Single-Business License. Effective for all digital form kits and templates sold by Punch List Apparel.
What you may do. Your purchase grants one business (the purchasing company and its employees) a perpetual, non-exclusive license to download, customize, brand, print, and use the documents for that business's own internal operations, including use with its own employees, subcontractors, and jobsites.
What you may not do. You may not resell, sublicense, share, give away, publish, or redistribute the documents or any modified version of them, in whole or in part, whether free or paid. You may not upload them to shared template libraries, marketplaces, file-sharing sites, or AI training datasets. Consultants, bookkeepers, and HR or payroll firms who wish to use the kits across multiple client businesses must purchase a separate license for each client business or contact us for agency licensing.
Ownership. All documents remain the copyrighted work of Punch List Apparel. Purchase transfers a license, not ownership. Unauthorized distribution is copyright infringement and may result in takedown action and liability under applicable law.
No legal advice. All documents are templates provided for general business use and are not legal advice. Laws vary by state and change over time; have your attorney or HR advisor review documents before use.
Digital goods. Because products are delivered instantly as digital files, all sales are final once downloaded.
